Present Continuous Tense
We use the Present Continuous Tense to show
an action that is continuing at the moment of speaking now. In the Present Continuous Tense, we always
use Present Participle (F2 or ‘ing’ form in the Forms of the Verb).

Remember
[the Subject] must agree with the Verb-to-be at all times.

We use the Simple Present Tense to show a
Fact, a Habit and a General Truth. We
use the Present Continuous Tense to show an action that is continuing at the
moment of speaking.
